Urban Rowhouse Renovation

When renovating this 124 year old rowhouse in a historic urban neighborhood, Sutton designed a layout with openess, borrowed light and easy flow, while remaining sympathetic to the historical community on the exterior. The rooms, which flow one into the other, are delineated by color and texture, utilizing glass, wood, concrete, and steel.
